Delicious and Savory. Very easy to pop the can and dive in. I had a fresh baguette (+ butter) and just ate the whole thing and wiped out the can. It was just like eating over the sink as a bachelor! Yummy!

I had no idea what to expect with this one but was pleasantly surprised. Just the light scent of fish when I opened the tin and then that kelp chili crisp filled my nose with a wonderful spiced scent in the air. The fish was super dense and meaty but yet it was moist all the way through and not dry which can sometimes happen with pink salmon which is a lot leaner fish than Sockeye or Kings. the chili crisp heat is hard to explain. it's got some good warmth in the back of the mouth and the throat but it's not super hot and the flavor just feels very clean. I really enjoyed this tin more than I thought I would being that it was pink salmon. This is a repeat buy and think you'll feel the same!

I was starving, but I knew I had a few cans at home. Not much to my indulgence - a fresh, crispy baguette with salted butter and eating the salmon directly from the can and wiping out the tasty oil - just like a bachelor eating over the sink with no dishes! Superb!

I love the flavor package and I think this is a worthy addition to in any charcuterie board! Kudos to the founder for developing such a quality product.

This salmon is beautifully textured. Soft but not mushy, delicate. The Kelp Chili Crisp is absolutely delicious. It is also a substantial amount of product! I will definitely be purchasing more of this. And trying everything from Shelf Break! What a treat!

Pink salmon is pretty mild, so that took a bit to get used to. The chili crisp is not really spicy (for me), but it adds a good flavor. I ate this can over rice with some nori flakes.

I’ve really enjoyed these. The size of the can is great, the flavor is excellent. I’m going to buy again once our box runs out.

The amount in the tin was great. The fish was milder than I am used to, but it is pink salmon, which I don't normally get. It was moist without being mushy, and had a good firmness when I was using a fork to break it up.

I learned of Shelf Break on an interweb subreddit. The website was user friendly & the ordering process a breeze. Packaging was attractive & the seafood itself was top shelf! I have been sampling various brands of tinned seafood & this is by far a product above the rest.

These tins have excellent, carefully produced fish inside! I picked the sampler pack up to give them a try and I am so glad I did. So far I like the chili crisp better than the plain salmon but my tasting was simple with just toast. I'm pretty excited to add sub this in for lox or make some salmon cakes etc. Well done!

The smoked salmon is perfect whether on a salad or with a cracker. Nicely packed with a lovely smoked top. Easily the best canned smoked salmon I have ever had.
